We had a minor flood in our upstairs bathroom, that we noticed dripped into our garage a little. We wanted to just make sure that there was no serious damage. We took a recommendation from a neighbor and had a company come give us an opinion. They recommended replacing linoleum, carpet, part of the garage ceiling, etc. The estimate was $8000. It seemed a bit extreme, so I looked online and found that Anchor had good reviews. Frank came, checked everything with his tools, and let us know that everything was dry, there was no damage, and all we needed to do was have someone put the carpet back down

I had Frank come out and clean my carpets, and he did a fabulous job in a great amount of time. He also cleaned my sofa and chairs. The carpets dried quickly, and he was careful to place guards on corners so as not to damage walls and furniture. He left a thank-you package (prepared by his wonderful wife for their clients), and they even followed up with me later to make sure that I was happy. Awesome job, and a wonderful company to do business with. Professional, friendly and honest. Love them!
