We are available for service calls between the hours of 8:00AM - 9:00PM. After hours service is between 5:30PM - 9:00PM - Additional service call charges apply after 5:30PM. I had previously had a bad experience with Eastern Locksmith however I was contacted by the owner to explain what happened. I was very satisfied and happy that they called me. The owner Buck apologized and explained to me exactly what happened and offered to make things right with me. They are very concerned about their customers and want to make sure everyone is satisfied and pleased with their services. So I give them five stars, and will definitely do business with them again.
