When designing and building a custom home or commercial building with Michael Mabire Construction Co, Inc., a fixed fee or a percentage fee base is pre-determined and established. There are many reasons but I'll only stick to a couple. We had Mabire Construction remodel our office building and it was NOT a pleasant experience. They hooked up the ADA sink incorrectly by using residential hooks instead of commercial hooks. They did not secure the ADA sink to a stud in the wall and they used small screws instead of the proper size to hold such a heavy sink. A patient had the sink fall on them and shatter into pieces. Luckily, they were not injured. Second issue...The writing on the wall in pencil of the paint color to be used (even after 2 coats) was still visible. We used

It's rare to find a contractor that is the complete package: super creative, detail oriented, professional and very in tune with the needs, function and wants of his clients. He did an excellent job of turning our ideas into a reality and customizing our home to fit our needs while still keeping in mind re-sellability. We are both grateful and feel fortunate to have had the chance to work with Mike and through all the ups and downs that are a part of renovations we learned a lot and we gained a friend.
