I had read some good reviews of Zook before contacting them for help finding a vehicle. After giving them a call and speaking with a salesman, I was told that my questions would be brought to a sales manager first thing in the morning, as the sales manager wasn't available at that time, and that I would be called back around 9am with some answers and to gather more information from me. 9am came, no call. Waited until around 2:30 in the afternoon before calling them, just to be told that the salesman was busy with another customer and would call me back. Again, I waited, finally receiving a

I rented a car from zook, during a great time of need. Totalled my car my 2nd day here . Sue was amazing!
Her communication, impeccable!!
She meant what she said ! If she said, she would get back to you, she did or followed up within appropriate timing. She was very personable, caring and attentive! The price was also a fair deal ! Also the vehicle was top notch!!

I've been going to Zook Motors for years now. Though I've only purchased one vehicle from them, my husband and I prefer their service department over other dealerships in the area. Every employee that I've encountered has been friendly, helpful and compassionate! They are definitely a small down business that I'm more than happy to support!

Drove 3 hours to Zook to help my son's girlfriend purchase a used vehicle; couldn't match the quality, low mileage & price. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were very easy to deal with, super personable. Our salesperson, Mandy, went out of her way to help and Sue, the owner, was fantastic. If you need a good quality vehicle, I would recommend Zook.

Zook Motors is AWESOME - Talk about service!
A friend was boarding a small flight to tiny, local Bradley airport and realized he needed a rental car when he would land. Nothing at the airport, no taxi services, and no uber's in the area. He calls me up to help while he’s in the air, and I connect with Zook Motors. They are just about to close up for the night and end up staying an hour later, did everything with me over the phone/by text/emails from 3 states away, and the awesome owner Sue Zook even drove 30 minutes out to the airport to bring the rental car to my friend.
