We were referred to Water Damage Restore by a family friend to do the emergency cleanup of the water damage in our basement. Ray and his crew were extremely professional and efficient and kept us abreast of all they were doing every step of the way. We also hired them to do the rebuild/restoration of our basement. Ray and his crew did a fabulous job and quickly and efficiently restored our basement to its original condition. He and his crew were professional, courteous. My water heater broke and flooded the whole living room. But their professional technicians were able to do a complete flood damage restoration on my house and dry up everything in just a couple of days. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the team for coming out short notice in an emergency situation of a burst water heater and made all phone calls for me to the insurance companies to get things rolling and was so patient and kind to me during the whole traumatic experience.. everyone that entered my house in the next few days was very kind and considerate as I mainly spent most of the time in my bed in the master bedroom that was the only room not affected by the water damage...

We had used On Side twice with excellent service. Both times were needed to repair our unit for water damage. We had flooring replaced as well as drywall repair. The workmanship and supplies were of high quality, and we always had great communication.
