Not professional at all.
We used this company for a fairly big job (12K) and when we needed them to comeback to do some more work, they sent an estimate and said they would send a drawing, but never did. The owner Joe wouldn't return calls or texts and when I finally did speak to him he wouldn't take the job because it was a small ($1.3K) job.
We found another company that was very responsive and professional.
