The folks at iWatch Security are fantastic, from the sales consultants to the installation and service teams. The Iwatch team was efficient and professional from the start. Julie was very knowledgeable and straightforward about what I needed - and didn't need. There were several financing options - one that I took advantage of.
Installation was immediately scheduled and my system was up and running without issue 5 business days later. John was my installation guy and was great to work with. Knowledgable but also respectful of my space since I work from home and I'm on Zoom all day. I think he only appeared in the background of my calls 4 or 5 times. :-)

Zach then came out to install the system and he was super nice and helpful with teaching a tech challenged woman how to use the system! Super great team and great experience. These guys and their company are stellar! Definitely top notch. I called with a security concern one evening, and the next day they were there installing my home security system. These guys don't play around. Locally owned and veteran owned and they blow the competition right out of the water. Not sure why anyone would even consider going anywhere else!

Raphael, the technician who did my Install was very knowledgeable and quick with the install. Explained all the features. And got the job done in just over an hour. The equipment is better than expected considering how much of a cost difference they are in comparison to other local security companies in the Raleigh Durham area. Hands down best choice I could have made.

Best experience ever! After having the ring already pre installed in our house, we didn't feel safe with ridiculous lag times in loading alert videos. By the time they would open, we would already be robbed if that were the case. I did EXTENSIVE searching on every DIY system out there for weeks and decided to search yelp, where I happened to find this local company.
I put in an inquiry and they reached out pretty quick, scheduled a time to meet that same week and had my system installed THE NEXT DAY on short notice and right before Labor Day weekend! Tom was a real pro and it felt so reassuring

I am absolutely thrilled by Tom and Brian . They met with me today to go over some security needs that I wanted to look into for my restaurant .Honestly so many things I didn't even think about . Called their office to inquire about their services. I am closing on a house in three weeks and need a consultation. I am on work travel and pretty much know what equipment and services I need. The man on the phone kept bragging how highly rated they are in the Triangle but kept interrupting me when I was giving him my requirements. He also refused to answer my questions unless I see him. I work for a multi national company and away. I need someone at the executive level of this company to contact me otherwise I have no idea what customer service you excel in but obviously you can't work with

Great company to work with! My husband and I recently got a commercial space for his business and knew we needed to invest in a security system. We wanted to stay local and support another business based in our area and I found iWatch on yelp! We are very impressed with Iwatch Security. Brian, the creator and owner, was able to come out to our house on short notice and on a weekend to give us an evaluation and estimate. He explained everything clearly and gave us his honest opinion without trying to sell us unnecessary extras. We selected iWatch when our previous alarm monitoring company stopped servicing us in June 2017 but they recommended iWatch. We were very favorably impressed by the professional manner of the iWatch installers, their instruction on the use of the system. While we hope we never need for the system to help us as the result of an intrusion, we feel assured that it will. Additionally, iWatch installed a monitor that directly notifies local Fire Dept. responders if our smoke alarm goes off - very reassuring if we are traveling or otherwise out of the house. iWatch is associated with Guardian. Iwatch Security is the way to go for home and business security. They have done both my house and business alarms as well as the cameras on my business. They are better priced than all the big companies, no hassle or hidden fees and state of the art equipment. Also on the service part of the business they were always fast, professional and took care the issue immediately. Brian did a good job on explaining exactly how my security system would work. He had a wealth of information about all the different types of systems and I am very happy with my security. He wasn't pushy at all. I meet with CPI & ADT. Both of the reps from those companies were almost forcing me to sign the paperwork!

When we moved to Cary I wanted to upgrade the existing security system somewhat and did some research online before contacting a few local security system companies. I first moved to Raleigh a few months ago and was introduced to IWatch Security through a friend. I checked Yelp and saw that it looked like they didn't have many reviews, but then I noticed that they had a ton of excellent "filtered reviews".

I had a good experience with iWatch Security and Brian. He installed a basic system for my home and all seems well. Guardian is the monitoring provider and they called to check up on my satisfaction. That's a nice touch. With the average price of $30-$40 for monthly service from most vendors, I went with the $40 per month option and bundled the hardware into that price by contract. You don't have to go with contracts but you then need to front the cost of the equipment, which could be anywhere from $600 or more. I paid up front for 6 months to avoid using a credit card with recurring

There were some incidents of vandalism around my business, as a precaution I decided we needed to get a security system put in. I called I Watch and they came out the very next day to install the system. They went over the system step by step with me and showed me all of the options and settings and also left me with some helpful tips. The system works great and I could not be happier with my service.
