Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Grass looks worse then they finish. They don't take their time so the grass is many different lengths. They drive the tractors so fast it just pushes the grass. Lastly they love cutting the grass pouring down rain so all it does it mat it done. When I left a message on the business line no response.
