I bought a rocker /recliner from this place about 3 years ago, I loved this recliner, I spend a lot of time in it, well it started having problems it was coming apart at the seams and finally the back fall apart internally, the practical board just disintegrated, I went in to the store and told them about it, they took my name address and phone number, well several months later I had figured they forgot about it, I received a call they were going to pick it up, about 3 weeks later it was returned repaired. Although I wish they had been quicker on getting this problem solved, I’m thankful to have

Be careful and take pictures of items purchased. I was in the store and purchased a double sided mattress and headboard set. The ONLY reason why I bought the set, was that it was a double sided mattress. When delivered, they had the audacity to say that was my order and they NEVER had a double sided mattress. I told them, I was on it, rolled around on it and my husband was present with me as well. They said all sales final. I told them I agree, if what I had was what I ordered. I have entered into dispute with SNAP finance and will also be placing a complaint with the BBB. So buyer beware!! I HAD

Much better selection than the Ashley Outlet Store. They are a high-end quality furniture store, so expect pricing equivalent to furniture that is well made and will last. I have them 4 stars because the sales person failed to mention some of the key features of the furniture we were interested in; I was amazed once I looked up the features and reviews on the Ashley web site. Ask a lot of questions or go to the Ashley web site on your phone while you are in the store.
