Beware. Initially, I was impressed with the bid process and then read some questionable reviews on the company. Kilgore's provided what appeared to be reasonable explanations that satisfied my concerns and I gave them a $10,000 deposit.
Kilgore’s did not show up on the agreed upon day nor did I hear from them, so I contacted the office. The next morning, I received a phone call stating they would be out the following day. Two days passed ----- no crews and ZERO communication. I felt this was a real indication of the company’s culture, so I emailed Debbie and instructed her to cancel my job

Kilgore did a great job. The guy we used first turned intoa Dr Jekyl Mr Hyde. Mike came and fixed the mistakes a nd they are doing more.

I have been in the service field for over 40 years and it takes a lot to impress me, these guys have exceeded my expectations with their quality of work. I can't understand how anyone could give Mike and his crew less than a 5 star rating. I will stand behind this rating and recommend Kilgore's Brick and Pavers to my friends and family

New patio and walkway started falling apart within days. Mike refused to honor his warranty. Within months, it was a pile of rubble. My experience was very poor workmanship and an unwillingness to uphold his warranty. All around a bad choice, and I would highly recommend against using them.

Kilgores put a fire pit in my backyard which I paid a good sum of money for. Within two years that fire pit started to disintegrate. When I asked them to take a look at it they told me they wouldn't warranty the work, that it had been too long. Wouldn't trust them to do anything for me after that.
