When Lou & Jeff met at Centex Homes back in the early 2000's, they shared a vision for a concept previously unseen in our business; a real estate brokerage that specialized in new home construction. In the fall of 2012, as the industry was rebounding post-recession, New Home Experts was born - providing decades of experience with local and national builders, to an underrepresented portion of our industry: new home buyers.
Lou has been in this industry since 2002 and "says" he knows how this real estate stuff works. He's sold new developments for Centex & Pulte Homes, and also worked in commercial leasing & management for CBL & Associates Properties. School includes a BBA from Western in marketing and MBA from Wayne State in management.
Dual licensed in both Nevada and California, Jennifer is a seasoned real estate agent and founder of the Las Vegas division of The New Home Experts.
Having worked for some of the most prestigious builders and developers in the country, including DR Horton, Lennar and MGM Resorts International's CityCenter project, Jennifer understood that having a team of dedicated agents that work exclusively with new home buyers was an important need that needed to be filled in our marketplace.

Jeff has been helping me try to find a new home for 2 years, and we found one that I love and just closed on. Throughout the process Jeff was amazing to deal with. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and was fast to answer my questions whether by phone or text. We worked with Lou on the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. Lou is great! We appreciated his honesty and he was always willing to help deal with our builder over any concerns. The home turned out great! Our old home was on the market and off within 1 day. Lou helped guide us on the sale and was always available for questions throughout the process of buying and selling. Lou was great from the first pop up on the computer when we first started looking, he was there for us every step of the way, putting other realtors in there place!!!! Lou took care of our home that we sold, and he sold our house in 1 day people!!!! amazing photos etc... Top notch would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home. Choosing Lou not only made the home building experience smoother but he saved me time and money through negotiations and his personal connections with the builder. He helped us understand the true cost of building a new home and was very knowledgeable of the different communities. Jeff was a fantastic agent. He had great knowledge of the area, worked hard to find properties that fit my needs, and was available at short notice. He really went the extra mile to guide me (a first time home buyer) through the process and made sure everything was taken care of. I was always informed of what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. Finally, he gave, in my opinion, strong and reliable advice while never making me feel any pressure. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jeff and his team.
