Called and Mike had an immediate opening due to a cancellation. Said he would be here at 2 PM (+/- 5 min) and said if he was going to be late he would call. Dead on time and explained what the pest were. Told me the price and process. Said next trip to empty cabinets because the needed to be treated. Said if i could empty by morning he would return at 9 and go ahead and treat now. As promised, Mike showed up promptly at nine treated the cabinets, told me to wait 45 minutes to an hour then I could put everything back. In this day and age that kind of customer service does not need to be unappreciated
