Our professional landscape lighting installation technicians take pride in doing a 100% satisfactory job in the utmost timely manner. Upon agreement of a contract, we then order all required materials. Once we receive all necessary materials (usually 7-12 business days, or less), a firm install date will be determined.
Gardens and landscapes live, breathe and change, and sometimes lighting systems can stop working. Perhaps a wire is cut or the transformer has stopped working? Truly a joy to work with this company. We redid old lighting that was actually horrible & a hazard, Patrick was able to safely remove a dangerous system, & give us an absolutely beautiful new system. We loved the fixture options to really do something not just functional but beautiful. They came back to help us tweak & change little details multiple times & was always so eager to help & make sure we were beyond happy with our lights. Between the quote process and install, Patrick made the process easy and was a complete professional. During the initial quote he went over a range of options and was happy to answer all of my questions. We had our installation scheduled and he was right on time, the install went well and he really made sure to put things back to the way the were before (grass, rocks, etc.). He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I really cannot recommend Patrick and his team enough.

Patrick and his partner were awesome! Incredibly kind, professional, and informative. My landscaping light in the back went out. Turns out a sprinkler repair person cut the wire when fixing a leak a while back. Patrick identified the issue and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I have tried all kinds of solar lights, and was tired of constantly fussing with them. When I started to research landscape lighting, I quickly realized that a self-install was beyond my abilities, patience and available time. I wasn't home the evening the lights first came on, but when I arrived home, I was blown away - it didn't even look like the same house. Patrick was awesome to work with by creating a design that looks beautiful and within my budget.

Patrick came out on time and gave us an estimate. He then showed up on time to do the work. He worked hard removing old and installing new lighting. He cleaned everything up and took all trash with him. He was extremely professional, worked hard and we are very pleased with everything he did! We completely recommend him!

We had old lighting / wiring, but we also have a large property. Patrick worked with us to use what was salvageable and created lighting that is truly beautiful in our front and backyard. All of our neighbors have commented on how great it looks, and it does (we've also passed his number to those who have asked!). He also did lighting on our koi pond, and that really makes the ponds pop at night. Patrick is professional, incredibly friendly and has a great staff. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Patrick has been great from start to finish. Patrick was able to come out to my house a few days after reaching out and was able to get a good design and estimate. Installation was quick and the work was great. Patrick made some modification to the design during install which made the yard really come together.

He provide a solid layout plan and explained why he'd puts the lights where he suggested, a written bid, worked with me on lighting the waterfall to get just perfect after I wasn't crazy about what we first did, and took some amazing photos to show it all off! I'm totally in love with the backyard at night now.

Patrick is amazing. He is professional, personable and very good at what he does. It is obvious he knows a great deal about lighting and loves what he does. We had a problem with the lights illuminating our putting green. My landscapers couldn't figure out the issue. Patrick came out and was able to trace the issue, find the problem and recommend a repair that would actually save me money. He explained what he had found and how he had solved it and said he had really enjoyed the challenge. Their rates are very reasonable too. Highly recommend them!

Patrick was willing to come to my home on a Sunday and since I was unsure of where and what lighting I wanted he designed a plan. The lighting is spectacular! I just had to take a second to write a review for this company. We've been discussing a lighting system for our house for a while now but just didn't know what we wanted. Patrick was so knowledgeable and helpful with our indecisiveness. He explained every step in great detail with all of our questions answered in a way that we could understand. His pricing method is very straight forward without being pushy or trying to sell me. I am so happy we went with Refined Outdoor Lighting for our outdoor lighting system. So, I haven't had a need for their services, BUT I was driving behind their truck near the 17 and Dunlap. They actually got out and gave water to a homeless man and his dog who were standing on the corner. I'm huge on humanitarianism, so I truly appreciate this act of kindness!!! We need more people in the world like them!!!! I will DEFINITELY use them if I need them in the future.

I'm really impressed with the job Refined Lighting did installing my outdoor lighting. I didn't really know what I wanted, other than I wanted it to look really good. Patrick really jazzed up my home-- I don't have a super fancy place, but when those lights come on at night-WOW! It creates a beauty to the whole property that elevates it to a whole other level. He turned meh into FANTASTIC. He arrived when he said he would, completed the job the same day, and when he was finished, I couldn't even tell where he had run the electric! Great experience from start to finish!! Refined Outdoor Lighting worked within my budget to create a great lighting design! Patrick was very enthusiastic and professional about his craft. I really enjoy when the sun goes down, my house lights up and all of my landscaping is highlighted!! So far it's one of the only houses in the neighborhood with a design, and we get compliments all the time from my neighbors!
