Awesome! Left a message and they contacted me. Gave me a time frame to come fix my dishwasher. Called 3O minutes before they came. Fixed it promptly at a reasonable price. This company is by far the best appliance repair company I have ever utilized. I’m in my 50s and lived in many homes in different states over the years. I have grown accustomed to bad service, incompetent technicians, and a lack of interest at best from staff members. It’s sad but that was what I was expecting when I contacted ifixutah. I was blown away at how over the top friendly, professional, and competent the staff was. The tech (Brad) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly I just can’t say enough good things. Oh, and they fixed my microwave with ordering parts in a week

The only way this place has 5 stars is if they are getting their friends to review. Look at the number of reviews, not many. I could find 22 friends to give me 5 stars.
Ifix came out to our house to look at the washing machine. They had to make a second appointment and as the tech was leaving he said the scheduler would call to set up the second visit. This was on a Thursday. Scheduler didn't call Friday. I even left two voicemails on Friday. Didn't call Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. THURSDAY he finally calls and said the home warranty company gave him the wrong number. Which they did

I first met Jon around 5 years back. We had just purchased a home in Ogden Utah and shortly there after had kitchen appliances needing repairs. Our home warranty plan sent us Jonathan. At that time he worked under another business. And we were so grateful that he was sent to us. To replace the appliances in our kitchen Will be crazy expensive. He… was amazing! And quickly became the only repair person I wIll let touch my appliances. I highly recommend this company! Jonathan was absolutely fantastic to work with! This is truly a company where the customer comes first. My 10 year old Bosch washing machine is running like new and I couldn't be happier about their service. A couple months later I had a different issue and Jonathan helped me resolve it over the phone. Excellent service. Brad Called before he came and was on time when he said he would be there. Went WAY beyond his service on our washer and dryer to make sure our appliances are safe and fixed. Pricing was reasonable and Brad only charged for the lservice he actually did. Offered up information to keep us all safe and referred me to an appliance business to purchase a used door for our washer. Would recommend this business to everyone. Thanks for taking care of us

6/22/20 UPDATE: Had another question about how to make my older washing machine hotter to help get rid of my allergies (I have had a hard time sleeping for the past two days because of it). After 20 minutes on the phone with Jonathan of very thoughtful questions he asked me and after exploring how I could try to get my washing machine hotter, he helped me decide that what would serve me best was getting a new machine with a allergy / sanitize function and walked me through some of the best machines on the market. Called them to repair my fridge.on my initial call was able to find my model on the internet and diagnose the problem, ordered the parts. When the repair guy came he had all parts and spares and was able to replace my circuit board and fixed the ice maker as well. Quick, competent and fair price. Highly recommend them and they earned repeat business from me.

I had another encounter with the fridge in my house. Seems we had a ghost that was switching the panel on the front of the fridge.... water...crushed... cubed.... over and over again. And, of course, each time Casper pushed the button it had to make a "ding" sound which was more annoying than having a ghost.

Jonathan was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer over the phone. He showed up in a timely manner and it only took him about 10 minutes to make the fix. He also offered to look and any of our other appliances we may be having issues with. If you are looking for a small appliance repair person, I would recommend him.

I called this fairly new one-man company about a malfunctioning burner on our stove. Jonathan and I discussed it at some length, with him asking various questions, and then he went to a parts store and got some candidate parts. All of this required considerable problem-solving on his part. I really appreciated it, because unlike other handymen who basically keep you in the dark, Jonathan kept me in the loop throughout.

Jonathan from iFix just serviced our stove/oven which was not working....he expertly diagnosed the problem and it's working as it should. Jonathan was very professional and knowledgable...he arrived when he said he would and fixed the appliance in a very timely manner...I asked him some questions about a couple issues we were having with other appliances in the house and he was very helpful.
