Still waiting for my windows... Paid in full five months ago. Now they don't return my calls or emails, and can't give me a date for installation. They just keep blaming the supplier, or something. I hope a public complaint will get the windows I paid for installed.

From start to finish, Justin and his team made sure that all our wishes were met above and beyond standard services. Justin was friendly, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about our wants and his products. The team was extremely polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. Tyler & Lucas did an excellent job on our windows and sliding door installations! They were very neat and cleaned up everything. You almost didn't know they were here, they were so quiet. What a tremendous difference - I don't have to put 3 pieces of plastic on each window anymore!! We had to wait a little while because of all of the rioting across the country last year = glass shortages!! Justin was so easy to work with, and all of his employees are exceptional!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!!!

Super pleased with our 14 new windows and new front door Justin and crew put in last spring (2019). Our heating bills are lower. Our view is cleaner ;) They went over all options with me and demonstrated the difference between my windows original to the house and the ones they would be installing. It did take more days to install than expected… because of rainy weather BUT they were very communicative with us. I barely knew they were here. AND bonus points because they installed a keypad lock I had already purchased so I didn’t have to try and figure that out on my own. Excited to
