Brice & his team build & remodel each house with the same quality and detail he would use on his personal residence. Bernskoetter Construction is a gem to central Missouri. You might get a cheaper quote, but the quality will not compare to a Bernskoetter built house!

I had Bernskoetter construction come out to finish my basement 4 years ago. Building on the outskirts of St Louis, the home building process and quality left me fairly disappointed compared to what I grew up with as the son of the owner of Bernskoetter Construction.
The crew spent the entire first day installing blocking, fixing sagging joists and reinforcing floor joists that were not properly supporting the large fireplace loads from the masonry above. It took the crew a full day to bring the unfinished basement just up to spec so they could start their work.
