Sub contractor yelled at me because they didn't know how to work with the tile. Sub contractor spent three weeks doing one week of work and brought his girlfriend to the job site a few times. The GM came out to fix the bad work, but didn't do much better. Few months after the fact, I have cracked grout and bad tile work. Will have to pay somebody to come fix it. Was going to do a full renovation with these guys but after the work they did on our bathroom, had no desire to have them do any more work.

The main complaint, and this includes what i experienced, is this company sets appts then doesn't show up, and doesn't call you ahead to let you know, nor do they call you the day of the appt. If/ when you call it is very hard to get someone on the line. Once /if you do it is almost 2 hours hold time. In Arizona:s summer it took 2 weeks before they could get the AC unit installed. I would never deal with them again.
