The administrative staff are very nice and professional following up and calling for reminders for the appointment that I conveniently made online. Mr. Ben showed up on time and performed a very thorough maintenance of our HVAC system and offered a lot of valuable insight and tips with how to prolong our unit and the best recommendations for future maintenance issues! He even drew me a detailed diagram and hand wrote the tips for me so I wouldn’t forget! I highly recommend using this wonderful business for your HVAC needs!!!

My heat pump went out, I called to get someone come out and look at it. That same day they were out looking at it and said it would cost a lot to fix. The next day a sales guy came out to offer a new one and costs. We set up to get one installed and next day they were here installing the new heat pump and ac unit. This all happened in 3 days, great company great costumer service highly recommend them for any project!

Integrity Services is a professional and courteous company starting with Brittny at the office and continuing to the service technicians Bill and Sedge. They showed up when they said they would and demonstrated knowledge and skills. They quickly diagnosed my heating issues returning the unit to operations. We had such a great experience with this company. Every single person that we came in contact with, whether via phone or in person, was so friendly and professional. They worked to install our new AC unit as quickly as possible since we have an infant, and they even installed a window unit in the interim so that the room our baby sleeps in would be comfortable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
