I have been buying my vehicles and having service done at Jack's since around 2005 or 2006, and they have always taken very good care of me and my family! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Sure, they are in business to make a living, but more importantly, they run their business with a Bible-based code of ethics. Their focus is to serve others and to treat people the way they would want to be treated. Very refreshing in this day and age, as it is rare to find. Jack’s is a locally owned and operated sales and repair store. The people there are always friendly and professional. On my first experience with them, I had an issue with a service light. The owner actually suggested to me to take it to the dealer because they MAY be able to fix it for free. He stated I could pay him to do it, but if I could do it for free, I should attempt it. All he asked for in return was that if they quoted me a price, he would get a chance to beat the price. He sent me elsewhere on the chance I could get it done for free. Who does that? Highly recommended! You should go
