KBA was formed in 1991 when founding partners, Larry Keith and Len Bonomini, purchased the LOM Corporation of Ohio. The entire LOM staff was retained. At the time of the purchase, LOM had been located in Clermont County for over ten years and had been extremely instrumental in Milford, Ohio's commercial development.
In 2018, KBA's ownership purchased a building, and moved the firm to Historic Milford. Ownership in the firm is currently held by Principals Mark Bredemeier and William Schalk. Repeat business and client referrals are major sources of our continued success. Meeting and exceeding our client's needs and expectations makes this possible. We have a diverse group of clients who require their design consultants to meet rigid time schedules. Client satisfaction is the primary goal at KBA.

Services
KBA worked diligently with UC to create a design that was not only functional, attractive and complementary to the existing space on the campus, but also fit within the financial confines that our budget would allow. Three words come to mind when looking back over the entire project and our experience with KBA: communication, coordination and commitment.
