We just completed a water damage repair, these folks were great to work with. They were prompt to begin, on time, courteous and knowledge. They handled every aspect of the job in a professional way. I had to delay the project due to the passing of my mother. They postponed the work at my request, and immediately restarted the project when I was ready. I would recommend them anytime you need help with a project.

I had water damage. The end product was great! The flooring end product was awesome. I initially wanted tile to replace my hardwood, but Project Mgr. Patrick directed me to try Luxury Vinyl tile. I am so glad he did!. On the flip side I was told 2-3 weeks to complete the job, plus 1 week to paint (separate job) but it took 7 weeks. The Action restoration movers and post construction cleaners were also amazing! The only reason I am giving the company a 3 is because the Contractor that did the work, caused some of the delays and I had to track and inspect the work to ensure it was done correctly

We had a bumpy start but they did a really good job on my home. I am very pleased with the results. They have good people working for them. The contract manager was very helpful and was always available when we had questions. I give this company a 4 star only because nobody is perfect. I hope to never be in this situation again but if I am, Action Restoration will be who I trust for the job.

I had a good portion of my downstairs area under water. I called my insurance company and they sent Action Restoration out immediately. From the time I called my insurance company and the time they arrived was less the 2 hours. They were quick to evaluate the damage and immediately started packing up, clean up, and dry out . They were very nice and took good care of my things. My only issue, and the reason this isn't a 5 star rating is the length of time it took to complete. I was not expecting it to take 5 and a half months.

I had a water lead that required pulling up the flooring, drying the concrete and replacing the flooring in the entire condo. Patrick was very kind and explained everything very well. The men who did the work did an excellent job. Action Restoration worked well with my insurance company and had a reliable plumber they work with who fixed the issue and even sent men by past work hours to turn on a value I couldn't figure out.

They have been working to dry out our flooded house since Friday and we couldn’t be more pleased. They have all been tidy, professional, friendly and hard-working. They arrived within three hours the day of the overnight dishwasher malfunction and got right to work. Without them, the damage would have been far worse.

We were referred to this company by State Farm our insurance company, which should have been my first clue. They came in made an estimate and made it seem like we they would do the work in a timely manor but, when it came down to the work, I was called and told that they were going to be subletting The work but the sublet contractor was… unavailable so they were pulling out of the deal... We regret attempting to using this company that has now held us up for several weeks and now we have to try to find another contractor.. I’m posting this review to hopefully help others to make another

It was one of my worst decisions I have made by going with Action Restoration. I'm in worse shape now for going with them than if I never did. I had water damage somewhere by my split unit and bathroom. They never found the source of the water. They just tore into the floors without doing a proper investigation to the cause. I had asked for an… upgrade to tile and laminate flooring which I agreed to pay for at my expense. The unskilled sub contractors took three or more times to get the moldings semi-descent and twice to get the floors in place. They had to re-do a large portion because
