We have used Charles Moody to completely rebuild our boat trailer and now it is like new. He was prompt delivered everything he said he would and he did an excellent job. So when we came back to do some work on our condo he was the guy we called. He immediately came to our rescue with a large dump trailer for us to fill and hauled it off the same day.
I apprenticed with the very best (a world renowned builder) in Palm Beach Florida - building extremely high-end homes - literally mansions. The contract documents consist of this agreement, general conditions, construction documents, specifications, allowances, finish schedules, construction draw schedule, information disclosure statement, all addenda issued prior to execution of this agreement and all change orders or modifications issued and agreed to by both parties.
