First of all, this is very painful to write. Movers really have a difficult job, and a very, very labor intensive job. We sympathize but a lot of money is paid out for the service so when the service is poor we know we should share our concerns. We hold Capital Relocation out of Garner responsible. They were hired for the service. They hired the crew. They hired XXXX to load, travel, unload, and unpack our home. Packing went poorly. We ended up packing a lot ourselves because the packers would forget to open drawers and cabinets. They left a lot of stuff. They did not go room by room and finish

Awful Company. I was very patient with their poor responsiveness and they repaid my trust by deceitful pricing. They quote one price and then after they pick up the goods they increased the price by 50% -- and of course there is nothing you can do then. Never mentioned possible higher prices and then invoice 50% more.Even staff thought the customer was being screwed. They deserve NO stars.

We had an amazing experience moving from N.C. to Colorado with this Atlas affiliated company. Everything arrived in great condition! The crew worked very hard and tried to make sure everything was packed correctly. Also had a car transported with no issues. Everything was on schedule and punctual as promised. I recommend this company for NC moves.

I would give ZERO STARS if it were an option.
My employer's (Nissan North America) relocation company (Altair Global) made the mistake of allowing Daniels Moving and storage to store all of my personal belongings for a period of about one month while I transitioned from FL to NC. After closing on a new home, I called to have my stored items delivered to me. They cancelled at the last minute. Upon rescheduling they delivered in multiple trucks over a period of several days. They lost part of my bed for several days. When found, they delivered and asked to use my tools to reassemble. These guys
