I rented a unit from Pete's several times over the last 10+ years up until I built a garage 4 years ago. I always had a great rental experience with them. I recently called in need of a unit and Pete was extremely helpful in working with me to meet my needs. It was like I never left. When you read his reviews about the excellent customer service, they are dead on balls accurate. He is very personable on the phone and makes you feel like your business is important to him. These are the kind of people I enjoy doing business with.

Pete was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I stored my items for a few years and never had any issues with security. The units and storage grounds are kept very clean and always maintained. I was always able to access my unit no matter the season. Quick response exstremly helpful and friendly service. We had a storage unit in less then 10 min all done over the phone and you can even sign up via website. You use your own lock which is great ive had to purchase a lock at other places and when I moved my stuff out then unexpectedly needed an other unit a month later I still had to buy a new locks. Pete's also has the best price. The facility well maintained safe and easy access.

Pete is a fantastic guy, and the facilities are great. I recently changed banks and called to ask Pete if it would be ok if I called my payment in a day or two late, if necessary, as I hadn't yet received my new debit card. He said that would be fine...but then told me he was crediting me for the month to thank me for my business. That was totally unexpected...and greatly appreciated! Thank you Pete...you're the best!

We have rented one large unit (10’x20’) unit in Boonville, and we’re delighted with the structure. It is on a concrete pad, very clean, sturdy and easily accessible. We moved an entire household with an American Van Lines semi. The movers found that the semi had plenty of room to maneuver on the gravel and the lock to the unit was where Pete said it would be and brand new. It made the movers job easier to have everything ready and as it should be. They were able to unload quickly and go on their way. Now we have arranged for a smaller unit for a friend and it’s comforting to know it will

This is not your classic old guy storage unit facility. I was expecting to call and not get a call back for a week and have to wait another two weeks to rent but instead I was pleasantly surprised for Pete to answer first call, take my credit card and have the storage unit ready within the day! I love keeping my business local and I was so grateful to find a place that is eager to please and a definite go getter!

Pete’s storage has given me the best customer service when it comes to renting a storage unit. The owners are very personable, accommodating, and easy to work with! Any trouble I had they worked out a solution with a simple phone call and it was solved within the day or next. I have no second thought in saying that they are my first pick if we need to rent a storage unit again in the future!
