Orchard MHP and M&M Storage are located at 717 N Sandusky St in Mount Vernon OH, about 40 minutes northeast of Columbus. Orchard is very well kept and quiet, providing affordable living at its best! M&M Storage is adjacent to Orchard and provides affordable mini-storage units. Storage sizes that can be rented on a monthly basis are 10x10 and 10x20.

Okay place to be honest couldnt decide with an 3 or 4 star was head to head the place is really clean and in a decent area I'd say! Weve thought about coming here before

A great community, very clean, safe and just a short drive away from downtown. A convenience store, gas station, and Dollar General less than a minute away. Subway and McDonald's are there for a quick bite and don't forget Amato's Woodfired Pizza...dine in or carry out. Enjoy!
