About half of the items in the estate sale on Renaud in Grosse Pointe Shores were not priced. Workers throughout the house said that I must take the unpriced item to the paying area in order to learn the price of many items. I don't have the patience to take the item to this person and wait in line until it is my turn to learn the price. I find this practice offensive and unprofessional.
Many items that did have price tags, were priced extremely high. See prices on two ceramic rabbits at this sale compared to the ceramic rabbit on my patio for which I paid $5 at an estate sale.

Leslie and her team handled the sale of my late Mother's art and antiques. Leslie was friendly, enthusiastic, and very easy to work with. Her staff that performed the clean-up after the sale left Mom's condo cleaner than the day she moved in! I am thrilled with the entire experience, and the team FAR exceeded expectations!

It was a great deal, the delivery was cheaper than expected, and the customer service was fantastic. The owners were so attentive and patient with me. I was warned by more than a few folks to stay away from this place but my curiosity got the better of me...; many, most things grossly over priced, staff not the most knowledgable, i found their representations of products to be way off the mark, declarations of value silly, felt as if i was being sold a bill of goods. several people had relayed warnings about consigning here, items went missing, sold for dramatically less than agreed upon reserves.....won't be returning.

I was so excited after years of searching, I finally found the most amazing kitchen table on Etsy that would fit perfectly in our small kitchen however, I live in Oregon and the table was in Michigan, UGH!!! Le shoppe too was so patient with my many questions, efficient and clear on costs, shipping and delivery that I just thought this is too good to be true, it was just too easy... I purchased the table, and still just a little anxious as I’ve never purchased on line let alone from another state!! They told me they used a specific freight company and the drivers name with contact information

This review is for Changing Hands estate sale company, which is owned by Leslie Weisberg who also owns Le Shoppe. The negative reviews are totally unfair - Rick Behar never had anything to do with Changing Hands. He also has nothing do with LeShoppe anymore and hasn't for some time. These old reviews are painful to a "straight up" honest business. Leslie runs a very good estate sale, is fair and reasonable to both the seller and her customers. She takes time researching what she is selling, and is knowledgable, friendly and fair. She is the opposite of rude. I go to many estate

Warning! Do not use this place to sell your estate items. I worked with Rick and gave him reserves for all my pieces, later finding out that he sold them way under the agreed upon price. He doesn't provide you with receipts, therefore you really don't know what they actually sell for. When I put a reserve of $500 and then I end up with only $50? How does that work? I don't know if he pockets the money, but there are no receipts, no contracts, NOTHING! You don't even know if the pieces actually sell. Trust me stay away!

Great place to find some amazing and unique pieces that are in exceptional condition. They carry a wide range of pieces that span the whole mid century modern spectrum. Three floors of stuff. A TON to look at. Highly recommended whether you're just browsing or are very particular.
The staff is just as amazing. Super friendly, personable, and down-to-earth, especially Deborah. They also went out of their way to make a shipping situation work for me, which goes a very long way in my book.
