I had 830am appt scheduled this morning for service on my car to get some diagnostic work done and I dropped off my car on time. The service rep said he would contact me when my car was done. I returned to the dealership to check on the status of my car around 1230pm. My car had not been worked on yet. The service rep stated there were 5 cars ahead of mine which means I wouldnt get my car back today. I asked the rep what was the purpose of having an appt? Honestly, I don't even remember the logic he attempted to give me but he apologized and said the person that set the appt should have told

We had our truck serviced by them they left of the oil cap. Because of warranty we have to go back and everytime we get a vehicle serviced they are rude we drop it off in the morning and it takes over 3 hours to get it back it doesn't matter it's that way everytime they dont take into consideration people need there vehicles for work. Another time we had a car get wrecked and it took them over 5 months to get the car fixed and we had to take it back 3 times for things still wrong with it. I love Chevy vehicles and the guys who sell the vehicles as I've purchased 3 vehicles from them

Working out of state here, were from Kansas. Husband's water pump went out on welding rig. We had truck there Saturday. They put two mechanics on it Monday . We picked truck up Monday afternoon.

My 03 Chevy Duramax was overheating pulling my 5th wheel going up to Cloudcroft, NM on the HW that ascends 5 K ft in 16 miles. We took it into Desert Sun Chevy in Roswell to have the oil changed and radiator flushed. They called back and said the coolant was good but thought the radiator was clogged not inside but outside in the fins as it was running warm at idle. So they pulled it and took 6 hours to clean. Very dirty. Also cleaned trans cooler, AC Condensor, Changed air cooler. New coolant and changed oil all for $503. I thought that was a bargain. They had it all day Thursday and Friday and

I only been there twice for the same thing. I needed them to change the ground cable and the oil changed. The first time, it seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about. I do apologize, but I do know what I need. I grew up in a mechanics world. The only reason I don't do it myself,my father or my brother is because it's under warrenty. I don't want to break that warranty. It took them for the second time for me to complain it wasn't working for them to actually change out the ground cable.
