We were highly recommended by a friend to contact Justin when we were looking for a battery back up sump pump. His guys showed up early and were very friendly. I mentioned while they were working that my kitchen sink was draining slowly and one of the guys said that he would take a look at it and within 5 minutes it was draining perfectly. I could not believe that they would do extra work without prior request! It shows that they go the extra mile. Any future plumbing issues we will contact J. Cox Plumbing for sure.

I have called Cox Plumbing for two unexpected repair jobs. While Justin was here he treated those repairs like they were the most important thing in the world. He explained exactly what was causing the problem and what was needed to fix it. He responded to both my calls in an extremely timely manner and completed the jobs quickly. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin under an unfortunate backup with my sewer and then again when I was having issues with my kitchen sink.
