Gutters and downspouts (gutter system) are a home's best friend against rain and snow. Gutter system are an integral part of a roofing system since they channel water from the roof, keeping it away from the walls and windows of the home and the house foundation. Water can either be forced to pool on the roof especially during ice or snow storms causing damage to the roofing system over time and eventually leading to leaky roof.
Cleaning the gutters is one of the most tedious tasks performed by most homeowners. Not many people like dragging out the ladder, climbing it with a bucket in hand and spending hours pulling handfuls of muck and debris from the gutters. If you are one of these people we have a solution for you. Englert's MicroGuard gutter screen features the latest in micro-filtration technology providing superior leaf protection.
The beauty it brings into your surroundings is a quality that no artificial light source can imitate. Skylights provide about 30% more light than vertical windows and enhanced air circulation. But they do more than just let light in. They transform a room bringing it to life making the room appear more spacious, brighter and lighter.
Poor Ventilation Condensation occurs when warm air meets a cold surface. Unfortunately, as a consequence of poor ventilation and improper insulation an attic is a prime candidate for the formation of condensation, which can lead to mold and mildew, damaging the interior structure of your home. To prevent condensation, ensure your attic is properly ventilated.

They delivered samples when doing the estimate, and explained the process. Their price was very reasonable and they work well with the insurance company. They also changed damaged gutters. On the scheduled day, a horde of workers descended upon my roof very early. They finished in ONE day - I couldn’t believe it! They cleaned everything up that day, and the dumpster was removed the following day. My new roof looks amazing!

Mickey McGee knows his business he came to my house measured my roof and gave me a fair quote, his crew started on time everyday, cleaned up every evening and finished on time. Two weeks after the work was done i had a leak on a part of my roof that M&M was not contracted to fix but Mickey sent two men out to fix it the same day. when I asked him for the bill he told me not to worry that this one was on him. in 2 or 3 years when I replace my Gutters you bet I'll be calling Mickey for the job...
