I contacted these guys the 2 days before New Years and they were there New Years Eve afternoon and made the repair by New Years day. Easy to work with. Came out and diagnosed my refrigerator and came back the next day with the part needed and fixed it! Great job - very professional and did a wonderful job explaining what they were doing and why.

I had a problem with my fridge a while back where it wasn't staying cool. Per a recommendation, I called this company. A rep was at my home within an hour and was able to replace the defective part all in the same visit. I'm writing this review months later; the fridge maintains staying cool. I will be using them again if needed.

Nick was very responsive and knew the exact problem when I told him what was wrong over the phone. He showed up timely, saw what needed to be done and completed the whole job less than an hour. He replaced heater and a defrost sensor and was a very generous price due to the labor and parts needed to complete the repair. I would recommend to everyone that needs appliances to be repaired or replaced.

Sunny was AMAZING! He stayed after hours to make sure our problem was fixed. He talked me through each step and potential causes of the problem which I really, really appreciated. He even suggested I buy a small part on Amazon to help this issue not happen again! Very pleased with my service- will absolutely use this company again if we have another appliance issue!

I called and setup an appointment for my dishwasher that was not draining properly. A guy came out and fixed it right away. He knew what he was doing and charged a reasonable price. I hope none of my appliances fail anytime soon but I know who to call if something does occur. He was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. They worked around your schedule. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the great customer service!!!

We had Woodland Appliance come to our house twice to fix various problems with our refrigerator. They were extremely professional both times. They were able to diagnose our problem right away, came the very next day to fix the issue both times, and charged a reasonable fee. We are extremely satisfied and would absolutely hire them again. Highly recommended!
