Electronic Alarms was founded in 1969, under the name Electronic Alarm Systems, as a father and son business operating out of the Guzeika family's garage in Warwick, Rhode Island. EA operates as division of American Alarm & Communications Inc and maintains a 24-hour service presence at their current Warwick RI location. There are times when talking to a knowledgeable person by phone can fix a service problem. So we have technical staff on call 24 hours a day to respond to urgent customer questions.
Follow I-95 S to Jefferson Blvd. Take exit 15 from I-95 S. Turn Left onto Jefferson Blvd. 10 Jefferson will be on the Left. Take exit 32 off 93 Medford Rte. 60 West, Follow Rte. 60 through West Medford till you reach Mass Ave. in Arlington. After working with from Electronic Alarms I don't think I could ever work with another security company...Their overall service and and precision was unmatched...They installed over 30 cameras, motion detectors, card key access and provided a user friendly storage cloud...During the whole process I don't think Paul ever missed one phone call, text or email...I highly recommend using them!

Only a few weeks after Electronic Alarms put in my exterior camera system, it was struck by lightning disabling 4 out of 5 cameras. I called Electronic Alarms for repair of my 4 cameras and they told me this happens all the time and it would be roughly 4000.00 to repair.
1st, I could not afford this only a few weeks after paying 5000.00 for the… installation of the exterior cameras and a month before that spending thousands to alarm the interior of my house, due to a robbery. 2nd, I did not want to continually have to repair the outside cameras at this price since they just told me it happens

We have been extremely impressed with the service from Electronic Alarms. The evening service call to rectify a short in the main panel, the phone call warning us of a water leak in the basement before the alarm even sounded, and finally, the timely reconfiguration of the doorbell camera after the cable company upgrade to our network were all professional, courteous, and accurate.
