They were great to work with, super friendly. My keys were stolen and needed to get them re-programmed asap and with a full schedule they fit me in before the end of the day. Did job within 5 mins. Would 100% recommend for any lock needs.

A superb business! Drew truly knows his craft--he created and programmed two new keys for my '05 Honda Accord in less than 45 minutes, and I even got to watch the milling and cutting process. Friendly, dependable guy, and you can tell he loves what he does! He also explained his passion for cars, and the diverse number of vehicles he's worked on. Will definitely call Tigers the next time I have car or lock issues! Rating: 13/10.

Had to have all the locks changed and install 2 additional locks at my home over a year ago...AND then last Summer (6months later) subsequently grabbed the wrong set of keys when headed out the door to a Drs appt.. Returned home hours later to discover my mistake -there I stood literally wanting to cry then thought to call Tiger Locksmith. Luckily he was just down the way at Mall of LA and he had to come by my place anyway. This morning my high school kids school car wouldn't start. (13 yr old Honda Odyssey) The key would not turn in the ignition. Had never heard of this happening. Called another local locksmith that quickly told me that Tigers Locksmith was the one to call. The owner answered the phone, diagnosed the problem and was at my home in 30 min. He had to take the ignition apart and repair the internal parts that had worn over the years. His big van is an impressive mobile shop/ office, so the work was done very quickly. What a great service!!!! I hired them over the internet and pre-paid so that I didn't have to go in and wait. After the keys arrived, they came to my office and made my keys onsite and were so knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend Steve with Tiger Locksmith. Will def use again.
