Even though he does not service my area he sent me to another company that does he whent above and beyond and gave business to someone else thank you so much for your help !!!! ****** HIGHLY RECOMMEND ********

They showed up on time (5:30am) and pumped the septic system. Very professional and fast, done in about 20 min.s.

We've used this company a couple of times on 2 different properties and we have nothing to say but great things about their great customer service,value etc.
If you have any issues with your septic system call them..Stephanie the owner will make you feel like family while at the same time will offer you professional service and great value.

I was rudly waken up just before dawn with my 1 year old hearing a loud odd sound i went outside to investigate and sure enough it was this company working on a residential home. I think its pretty rude of this company to even do something like that so early in the morning. This happened at 5:30am. I thought something happened with my ac unit thats how loud it was in my room. This company needs to be aware of their surroundings NOT JUST THEIR COSTUMER! Its funny how no one answered the phone at 5:45 am when I called to complain!

Great service! I had them come out to pump my septic tank and they did a great job not only with the work they performed but also in explaining everything and answering my questions about my system. They were also on time and very friendly, I would highly recommend them.

Used them to empty our septic at its usual scheduled time. Beware they are extra on time! When I made the appointment it was for 7:30am. The scheduler said “they tend to run a tad early, so it’ll be more like 7am.” (Then why isn’t the appointment at 7?? No idea.) Anyway they came down my driveway at 6:15am… an hour and 15 minutes AHEAD of schedule. On the one hand- I was amazed. Service people are never early. But on the other hand- I was glad I was dressed. I go to work at 5 am and work 12 hour days. This company went out of there way to come to my house early at 4 am and got my house running again. My septic was over full and my mainline was stopped up. They didn’t charge me for after business hours they charged me regular price. I was so grateful and I also needed a repair. I had a maple tree blocking my flow to my fieldines and they fix it as well. They are a great company I will definitely recommend them in the future

This was a wonderful experience that I have been having nightmares about! I knew it was time to clean out a septic tank, which I have never experienced having. I heard horror stories of when you don’t get it done in time, so I called Scott’s Septic by referral of my past realtor who’s neighbor had it done. We had a septic issue that occurred unexpectedly. We called Scott’s Septic. They not only took the time to talk with us, but squeezed us in the next day. They came earlier in the day, than what was originally planned.
Took the time to diagnose the problem, not just guess at it. Able to set a time and tell us the price before they left our dooryard. Will be definitely using them for all our septic needs in the future.
