Located through google based on reviews. Should have notice all reviews are over 10 months old. Service to remove rodents was a $250 charge for a month of trapping and clearing traps. This was done a total of 3 times. Also extra $400 paid to “seal” up attic where the rodents were entering. Last visit was 20 minutes late with no call. we were the first morning appointment. We had to reschedule to later that day. After that appointment , 18 days went by with no call or date set. When questioned why return was told “ we should have called”. Why would we call when we paid for a months service

I called Dewayne for help getting raccoons out of my attic and he came the same day. He was very knowledgeable about how to get rid of the raccoons in a humane way. He also took me around the outside of my house and showed me all the spots where animals could get inside my home. Dewayne is very nice and courteous, and I will use him again for any pest issues with my home.

We recently noticed rat activity so we called Pest Gurus. Dwayne was really knowledgeable and showed me all the areas the rats may be getting in at. He set traps and came back every 2 or 3 days to check clear and reset the traps. First week we had a flurry of kills then it died off and got quiet. So far so good. Dwayne was professional, friendly, honest guy. Glad we found him by shear luck. Would defintely recommend him to friends and family in the future.

0 STARS DESERVED!!I called for a quote and was going to move forward with it. His available times were to be Monday and Wednesdays. I wouldn't be home those days. I asked the guy if they did background checks on the people that come out here. I got 4 kids and a wife at home. I dont want some pedaphile or physcopath to come in when im not here. The guys asked if it's a joke and hangs up on me. Very professional sir. No you won't EVER get my business.

I wasn't sure if I had termites or ants, but I knew I had a bug problem. I checked Yelp and saw the good reviews for DeWayne and gave him a call. DeWayne lived up to all the great reviews 100%. I've had Dewayne and his son keep tabs with our ants and termites for about a year. They are some of the nicest people you could meet. I had an issue where my dogs kept pulling the ant traps from the ground, and using them as overpriced chew toys. Rather than charging me an arm and a leg for covers, he suggested I go to the Home Depot before he can by, buy some cement bricks, and they placed them over the traps for me. Since I have big dogs, I bought some bricks they couldn't move, and it worked. It only cost me $3! He is great at educating his customers with what he chemicals he uses

I called DeWayne in the afternoon and he made time to stop out the same day. I was concerned I had bugs coming over from my neighbors home but turns out it was just a beetle. DeWayne knew exactly what kind it was and the differences between other beetles. He did a complete look around the house and found some areas that could be an issue later but nothing serious at the moment. I just bought this house and it turns out DeWayne serviced this home a few months ago with the previous owners - I guess we keep it in the family/house. DeWayne and his crew came to cut down two cedar trees on my property, one which was infested with a bee hive that had been there for quite some time. They used the utmost care and safety cutting down the tree and did not kill the bees. DeWayne told me that the bees would remove the queen then move the rest of their hive but it would take 2-3 days. The bees did leave exactly 3 days, almost to the minute that he said they would. DeWayne knows what he's doing and I recommend Pied Piper to anyone.
