I have nothing but GREAT things to say about how beautiful the floors came out. Guy came to my apartment and clearly and thoroughly explained the whole process and was also very caring and mindful to my concerns about the floor.
Guy really cares about the customer and is really concerned in making them happy and satisfied.

I recently purchased a condo in Queens, NY...and Quality Decorator,LLC was referred to me by a very close friend. I originally had a few flooring companies come in to provide me with estimates, but Guy was able to be honest with what would need to be done and was reasonably priced. I was considering just buffing the floor and freshening it up with Poly but he was able to educate me that depending on the previous owners maintenance, there could be residue which would defeat the purpose of adding a layer of Poly so I took the other route to strip the floor and do it from scratch and am very please

I have used Quality Decorators for over 20 years! From beautiful wood flooring, wood floor staining, to carpet cleaning to removing nasty pet stains from my furniture, they are the best at what they do. I would only trust "Guy" and his crew in my house because not only are they respectful of my home and family, they clean up after they are done. There are no messes left for me and the results of their work are spectacular! I've suggested Quality Decorators to all my friends and family and they use them all the time - If you want "Quality", go with Quality Decorators

Recently, My fiance and I had Guy with Quality Decorator re-finish the floors in my hallway and stairs of my house. They were covered by an ugly pink carpet that was installed in the 90's. After tearing up the carpet I was disheartened by the shape of the floor underneath and did not think much could be done to bring it back to life. Guy and his team did a phenomenal job transforming my floor into something to be proud of. Not only did he do a great job refinishing the floors, but he ended up fixing a piece that did a pretty good job messing up when i removed the carpet, which he did not have to
