Extremely knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. He knew exactly what the problem was and what to do until he came. It was fixed within the week! Repairman called within the 2 hour window and had it fixed and was gone within 30 minutes. He explained what happened and that it shouldn’t happen again! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!

It’s one week before Thanksgiving and I decided to use the Self Clean option on my stove. Unfortunately, my oven decided to quit working soon after.
Panic - yes! When I called A-Robinson, a lovely lady asked me if I was having Thanksgiving. When I told her yes she immediately said Terry was booked but he will work me in.
Terry arrived within the time frame they gave me, he diagnosed the problem in ten minutes, looked up the part I needed, and said he could come back and fix it a few days later.
It worked perfectly for Thanksgiving and I can’t thank him enough.

Called them on Tuesday because my dryer stopped working. Terry’s wife called me back and said Terry could come out the following Monday. I told her I couldn’t do that day because no one would be home. She said she would try to squeeze me in on Friday. She did. Terry came out, diagnosed the problem, had the part, fixed the dryer in about 30 minutes. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
