Well, I guess this guy likes bad reviews, because that is all I see. I met this gentleman at the bank. He was driving his truck with his company logo on it. I nicely asked if we could talk about my fence job. I was going to ask him to come out and give me a quote. He said that he was in a hurry and didn't have time to talk . He acted upset that I wanted to do business with him. He told me to call him. The problem being that I already had called and left a message. He never returned my call. I then mentioned that I already had a white from another company. Boy, did he get annoyed and started

They did not do work for us because they never called us back and never replied to the estimate request. This is a red flag when a business can't even call a potential customer. It seems by the reviews this is a regular practice for them. We went with another fence company who called us back and even made it out the next day for the estimate!

What a bad experience and still having it. Purchased a top of the line expensive vinyl custom fence from Bob. Thousands of dollars it cost. He was eager to make the deal and then rush to install it in Oct. the day of the hurricane coming through. He became angry with us because his point person told us something different than Bob did and Bob's son was on site and never identified himself as the site manager allowing a person that Bob described as "not important to my company" take charge. They didn't install the way they said they would and when I complained Bob said we weren
