Rigo and his team were professional, responsive and efficient. We needed to have mold removed from our basement which included the removal of walls. The team was able to complete a big job in just a few short days. We were given a detailed estimate along with photos of the damage that we could easily share with our insurance company. They also cleaned all of our ducts and air vents leaving our home feeling fresh and mold free. I highly recommend Lakeshore Restorations and would definitely use them again for any future needs.

Once we heard about Lakeshore Restoration we contacted the company. Within a matter of weeks we were able to get them in the house, despite every other construction firm telling us that they couldn’t do our job. Four men were in our house for five days. They painted, repaired and taped new walls, developed a new closet and put in lighting. They also mitigated mold in carpeting and some mold they found in walls.
They were always pleasant, courteous, and left our project ready for the new carpeting. We were so impressed that before they left we had them bid a very large paint job after our addition

Lakeshore Restoration LLC was a life saver. We discovered significant water damage from rain after we moved into our apartment. Our landlord contacted Rigo, and he was there to fix the issue almost immediately. When inspecting our walls he found mold as well. Him and his crew worked tirelessly to fix every issue issue. I’m so glad I came across this business. My basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm and I made a few calls around town and surrounding counties with no luck; either prices were too high or never got a call back. These guys were the only ones to get back to me right away! They are so kind professional and down-to-earth. They did an initial inspection and gave me a quote right away. They came in and were very quick yet had extreme attention to detail. They took care of everything and even left my basement cleaner than it’s really ever been. Would highly recommend! We had what we thought was a mold situation in our finished basement. I spoke w Rigo who prioritized us for a same day estimate. After assessing the situation, he determined it was not mold. Further, he recommended solutions I am able to complete.
He could have been dishonest. He could’ve cheated to gain the business.
He didn’t.

I couldn’t be more impressed by Rigoberto, his employees, and with his company. Their website is perfect… professional looking, informative, and easy to use. Rigoberto quickly responded back to me after I had initially contacted him through it asking for information about their services. Once in our home I instantly felt I could trust him completely.
