I contacted Tara at JackBuilt because I needed a handicap accessible walk-in shower. She was friendly and very helpful. She came to the house, took measurements, and promptly sent her estimate. Her suggestions were helpful in making our choice of tile and the color for grout as well as the grab bars and bench.
The Jackbuilt crew showed up on the day we scheduled and began the process of removal. They were all very nice and made sure everything was completed to satisfactory conditions before leaving. If any issues arose they were addressed and fixed.
I would recommend JackBuilt to anyone who needs

This company is a joke !!! If I could go to a negative 5 I would . My father in laws house burn down in labelle Texas and these guys have just really did a number on him ! They used lumber that was sitting in the mud for months and after he gave them 108800 they still haven’t finished . This company should be shut down for there actions .As if it’s not enough that his house burn down one month before hurricane harvey . So here he is desperate to find a contractor someone referred this one saying how great they are . Greatness is far from what JACK BUILT is .More like great at screwing people

I’d put zero but I have to put at least one. The whole experience was a nightmare. From building a vanity with two different size doors on each side. I asked them to fix this because this is not what I wanted or the pictures I sent to them. The lady became very rude. Insisting it is and I will pay for it. All I wanted was the door to be semetrical. She then told me to contact the manager. When I called him he told me I was paying for them and getting them if he had to leave them in my front yard. Which I told him was against the law. I called multiple times trying to talk to the owner. Which
