He has helped me out with a variety of tasks - moving my personal upright piano, bringing a piano to Books-A-Million for the annual CVMTA Fall Gala of Music, delivering a baby grand piano to St. Mary's Church in Altoona, disposing of a non-serviceable upright in the church basement, and moving a large electronic organ to the other side of our choir area. So Matt did a really good job at the actual moving of the piano. nothing to complain about there. My issue is the inconsistent and inflated pricing. First, his pricing isn't available on his website, not even ballpark amounts. He charged us $700 to move a small upright piano 56 miles. there's a $250 flat fee for moving a piano anywhere, which I totally understand and I think is a fair price, but then come the up charges. We were told on the phone by Matt himself that stairs were $100, then it was $200, then $250. so instead of the stairs we opted for walking the piano around the back of the house

Matt is very helpful and handy. He is kind and professional. He has moved our piano twice - once to move into the house and then again a move to the basement. He even had caster cups/protectors that we could buy so that we didn't ruin our new flooring.

Matt and his crew moved a spinet piano to the western suburbs of Minneapolis and furniture to downtown Minneapolis. They were very careful with both moves and placed furniture and piano where they needed to go. Matt was very flexible and responsive when dates for the move changed. I highly recommend.

Matt moved a piano across town to its new home for me earlier today. He arrived on time, with his team and all necessary equipment. They treated the piano as though it was their own. Matt's Piano Moving is a reliable company. There were no issues with the move of my baby grand piano into my new home. The communication and estimate were all given promptly, so I had it scheduled quite quickly. When I suddenly had to reschedule the move to a different day due to road work starting on my street, Matt was very accommodating. The work was done efficiently, and the communication between the two movers was clear, so I knew my piano was in good hands the whole time. They were personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Matt and his crew did an excellent job! They were extremely flexible, which was especially helpful since my schedule changed due to child care and work issues on the day of the move. Easy to work with for scheduling and billing: all electronic/digital. Piano arrived in perfect condition and they were extremely careful moving it through the house. Nice work!
