Here at Xanderbuilt we specialize in the removal of trees by art of climbing. Whether the tree is dying, diseased, dead, overgrown, or just in the way of your future landscape plans we can do it! We have many rigging/roping techniques that we incorporate that allow us to bring the tree down safely without harming other trees/plants in the area.
Xanderbuilt offers a wide variety of tree trimming services. Our Arborists will recommend the best trimming method for your trees keeping the health of the tree in mind as well as you, the owner. Proper pruning practices are very important to us as more harm than good can be done if the proper cuts are not made or the timing of the trimming is not done correctly.
Often, trees can form areas of weak attachment due to improper maintenance or damage caused by storms. Unfortunately, this aspect is often overlooked and it's then too late to help the tree because the limb/trunk has already split off from the tree. We offer two different types of support systems. The most commonly used is called cabling.
Air spading is a service that is not provided by enough tree care professionals. Many species of trees growing in our urban soil tend to develop surface rooting that can direct themselves around the main stem of a tree. These are called girdling(choking) roots. Many times they are below the soil surface and unnoticed.

I had the opportunity to pick up some roughs on urban lumber from Vanderbilt this past week I appreciated their time and candor in regard to the product that they had available the material was on to utilize the greatest amount of lumber from the trees that had to have been removed from private properties at the time. material is unique comes with mineral staining and character wood that I really appreciate and will be using in products for my home Thank you?

Xanderbuilt did a great job for us! They were friendly and professional. They came out quickly when we were in a pinch because our tree fell in the driveway just a few days before I was due to have a baby. They had a great crew and equipment to remove the debris and take down what was still standing very efficiently and safely. We were very pleased and impressed with their work. Xanderbuilt was great. We had a dead tree in our yard that the city wanted down. John made an exception and came out on a day they didn't do estimates just to accommodate our work schedule. They made us a priority. They gave a beyond reasonable price l. Came out quickly due to circumstances and did a fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for more kind, friendly and speedy service.

We were having a bad windstorm this past Sunday and one of our large pine trees was being uprooted with a good possibility it would fall into our house or the neighbors. Xanderbuilt was out within a couple of hours to inspect and by two hours later, the tree had been totally removed and cleaned up. I've never had such good service. The people who came out were neat and clean looking, the trucks and equipment were newer , neat and clean. The people were very good talking to a customer.,..all the things I have mentioned are signs of a good company! Thanks again!
