Steve did a great job. We are very satisfied with the way the unit looks and with the increase in speed throughout the house. In the living and dining rooms, the wireless download speed is now 7X faster than it was (about 235mbps). And the hard line will be perfect when I need a completely flutter-free connection.

Worst company ever to do business with. Seems like this is just one guy "Dean" (if that's his real name) with a bunch of localized websites who hires anyone off of the street locally to complete small tech projects. No company address, state business registration, licensing etc. in any state. The BBB profile provides a business address that when searched shows up as someone's house? But they are somehow "nationwide"? LOL. Just a fly-by night operation with horrible reviews and even worse customer service. It's hilarious how he posts hundreds of 5 star reviews on his website, but there is no way

I contacted this company on May 31, 2018 and scheduled an installation for June 8, 2018. I had a quote to have 3 different rooms worked on. I scheduled for 3 televisions and a surround sound. I spoke with Dean during the whole process. I called on June 7, 2018 to verify that we would have everything needed. The day of installation, we had only received 2 of the mounts, which I was instructed that I could buy my own, and he would credit me for the one that did not arrive. The technicians that were sent, immediately began asking me questions about what material I had. I asked them why they did not

Zero Stars. Avoid this company like the plaque. They performed an installation for me 2 months ago. The bracket cannot swivel, as specified. When I called them to resolve the issue they were quite unprofessional and rude. No customer service at all. When I asked for a manager or owner and the person's last name I was speaking with I was told "my last name in nunofyourbusiness" ...Really!
It seems this some sort of shell business, no real operations or management. So your concerns will fall on deaf ears and dealt with. Do not risk and it and use a more national or branded company

Very disappointing and way too much wasted time and money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Spoke with "Dean" when I booked the order and got his instructions about everything I would need to purchase and have ready for the tech to do the job, and I followed his instructions to a "T". I paid $250 in advance for mounting a 49" flat screen TV and soundbar above my fireplace, with the specific understanding that three devices would be connected: Xfinity-X1 Box, Apple TV, and DVD player. The tech arrived on on time, and told me he'd only been advised he'd be mounting a TV --

Stay away, fellow Yelpers. These guys are unprofessional and destructive. Unprofessional=they show up half hour late, tell me that they don't have the right materials to do the job and after 20 minutes leave for the parts. They disappear for 3 1/2 hours. THREE AND A HALF HOURS, and no word. I call the office and get a another call with an apology. Apparently they had a hard day and went for lunch. (WHAT?) They bang away for another 45 minutes and cannot find studs in wall to do install. 6 1/2 hours of my day wasted. Destructive=before realizing they could not do the job, they punch/drill holes

I am just giving them one star but in reality they should have zero. This is the worst group of professionals I have ever seen.
They did an awful job installing my TV.
Their employee was in my house for 5 hours !!!
He drilled holes on the wall without even checking whether or not the mount would work on that location.
He did not pay attention to the painting. I will have to repaint the whole area below the TV.
One of the holes is still visible.
Their customer service is even worst. You sent them e-mails and they don't even answer.
DO NOT USE THEM!! and find true professionals.

This service provider is a rip-off. They are incompetent because they won't admit that they can't install anything that's a smart device. And they certainly can't integrate smart devices together or with the remotes. I unfortunately have had a similar experience to every 1-star review on this board...and this is very unfortunate. I hope no one else makes the mistake of calling these people and giving them your credit card number over the phone.
