This location is the reason why I have to drive to LA for better service. Any other dealership besides this one actually provides me with updates and calls, listens, and takes the time to make sure they know what service they’re providing for you.
Decided to give this place a second try so I could write a better review. No surprise it was again the shadiest experience.
They did an oil change on my car and then never called me when it was done. I had to come back after many hours after no one provided me with any updates just to see if my car was done. When I get there it had been done for hours

I wish I could them zero stars. They are a horrible car dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They lie and take your money. STAY AWAY. they have a horrible customer service too. Buy a nicer car somewhere else. They are so rude to customers. They have horrible cars and employees.

In 2017, we came here to buy an Outback. We waited for help for about 20 minutes. We went inside to ask for help and no one came. We waited about 45 minutes total. It was not busy. We were the only people there. We wandered over to the Honda lot and had a great experience buying our Ridgeline. Fast forward to 2021, we called about an Outback on the lot and asked them to reserve it for us. We live in a remote area and would come down the next day to buy it. I was going to buy that vehicle. Service is so much worse than before. I went there for an oil change, explicitly said I don't need tire rotation. They did the tire rotation without my approval anyways, broke the wheel stud and refused to cover the replacement.

So I bought a third row seat cover for my ascent that I couldn’t put on for love of God!
I went to Subaru to get some “How-to” instruction they might have in their system that they can print out for me , but the chap (Rob) in service was more than helpful and just put it for me in 105 heat at no cost

I was looking at a few WRX's for about 15 to 20 minutes and did not get approached by a single sales rep. Two of them stepped out and looked right at me but seemed like they were going to break. Which is fine and all but they didn't bother getting someone to help me. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Their loss!

We had a great experience with Brandon and Wes at Subaru AV! He showed us a range of options and was very informative. We ended up in the PERFECT outback and we couldn’t be more excited! Car shopping was a breeze here and we will absolutely be back next time we need a car. Highly recommend this dealership and their amazing staff. I met with pedro and he went over the features and benefits of the crosstrek. I then set up an appointment to bring my wife to see the vehicle as well. Throughout the buying process pedro was professional and informative. He used sales techniques that were appropriate and helped us feel comfortable during the process. I then met the sales manager Wes, he was polite and provided me with a great payment plan that worked for our budget. While we were buying our vehicle someone had bought the one we had driven already. The color we wanted was not on the lot. Wes made sure to have us our crosstrek before
