First of All I would like To Know how It's legal to take Money out of Someone's Check and They Never Have Medical Health Ins.My Husband worked Here For 5 months and They Started taking Money out of His Check they Kept saying it Would start up soon the Health Insurance
and It Never Did then When We Finally received the Insurance cards I used it At The Pharmacy and It Didn't cover Any Of It. And We Both Had To Pay Cash Money For Are Injections .Still To This Day We Haven't received a Refund from Theses People.

Ordered 16 windows. all were sent smaller than i ordered. all were casement windows. on has a messed up sash at the bottom. the window rep nor the company will call you back i have left 9 voicemails with window rep and 3 with someone in service. this company is a joke and i am filing a lawsuit today if i dont have a response from them. do not order windows from this company.

I would like to understand how your company stays in business with the customer service and response timing I have recently experienced. I ordered 15 windows through my local dealer, Zachary Lumber and Hardware on October 7, 2020. 14 of those windows were delivered the first week of December. One window was missing and since December 15th Zachary Lumber has been told every two weeks it is on it's way but no tracking information is ever provided. First it was "found" and being put on a truck, then it was lost, then a new one was being made, then that new one was damaged, then the next new one had

I love my windows. But I hate the distributor I used. Mid TN Siding and Windows is a joke. It took over 3 months to get my windows after I was told that the windows would be here AND installed in 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. One has a crack on the interior pane and I've been trying to get the distributor to replace it. Now he won't even take my calls. Can I just go through the ViWinTech to get it replaced?

I had the old windows on the west side of my house replaced with ViWinTech after the local distributor told me that these are the windows he put in his house. Glad I took his advise. These are excellent windows. I had e-glass with argon built in and what a difference. Noise is reduced as well as air penetration. Happy campers.

Excellent window! We checked out a handful of manufacturers around here very carefully. Viwintech stood out as the highest quality window, but at an affordable price.
