Excellent service. The best business in New Bern . Arrived on time, actually early, which is a first for me in my experience with businesses in my neighborhood. Scheduled the cleaning within 5 days of my first telephone call request. Very reasonable price for carpet and upholstery. Friendly and professional. Cleaned 10 year old carpet to almost new in record time.

These folks are WONDERFUL. They've cleaned my office carpet for years and also the office upholstery. Recently we had water damage to the carpet from a roof leak . When we came in the next day the office smelled horrific and I thought we might have to close until we could get the carpet replaced. Then I thought to call Richard. He came right away and knew just how to handle it. He said he'd be able to take care of the whole thing over the weekend and sure enough the smell and wet was almost gone the next day. I know it will be just a memory by Monday. He definitely puts the care in carpet care
