If our family could leave no stars we would. I needs to be know that this storage facility has impeded a probate case 2 months because the secretary Sue refuses to answer the phone, rarely returns emails. We are dealing with an out of state probate case and needed assistance from the owners with one simple piece of information and Sue would not contact them or have them call us. We have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office in regards to this matter and will be pursuing any and all extra fees incurred civilly through the court against Sue. This matter

Clean, well-maintained, reasonably priced.

FAR better than Milford Mini-Storage.
We left them because of the totally careless attitude & lousy maintenance.
Mice, people LITERALLY trying to break in, people literally living there, would not replace light bulb in light, in our aisle (mentioned at least 3 times); we complained & "lady" told us that there were other places that we could rent from. We did!
What terrible PR!
