Mr. Gutter installed new seamless rain gutters on our house a few weeks ago. Perri was courteous and professional; he explained the work involved, he answered questions, he patiently went through color options and made sure we were happy with our choice. When installation day arrived Perri got to our house early and went to work immediately. The gutters were installed in about 2 1/2 hours. My husband and I are highly impressed with the quality and the look of our new gutters; we recommend Perri of Mr. Gutter!

I just finished cleaning my gutters and was reminded once again of the horrible full house new installation that this vendor did and we paid several thousands for. The gutters do not drain properly and water pools in the middle. I was also painfully reminded that the person they sent out when I asked them to fix the problems screamed at us and left the problems as they were when he was unable to find an easy way to fix them. Yelled at us! We have already removed sections of the work that was causing damage and are considering removing more. Please, avoid these guys at all costs. Some homeowners

We hired Mr. Gutter to clean the gutters in our townhome complex. They took their time in coming, but that's understandable considering how busy they likely are. What was unacceptable, however, was the poor quality of their work. We wanted our gutters cleaned, washed out and tested to make sure they all drained properly.
The only thing they did was have one guy with an air blower climb up on the roof and blow out the gutters. They didn't bother to wash out the gutters or test to see if any were clogged. Worse, I'm not convinced they even did the upper level gutters we have here

The gutter installation was improperly done in the rear deck area where the water would pool in the corner connection point. This was observed after a full season and on clean gutters with clear drain spouts.
After making excuses: "this is normal", "the spout may be clogged", "we can't add a down spout here", etc. he attempted to make adjustments.
To our horror, he attached the gutter to the fascia board. It now looked poorly installed like an amateur job. Once realizing his mistake, he now decided "your house is crooked". We brought out a level tool to confirm that the house was

When our gutters were installed they seemed to work fine. A little over a year and a portion of the job is faulty. The gentleman, Perry phoned me and was absolutely rude telling me to phone a contractor because “it’s not his problem” didn’t even come out to look. I’ll never use or refer this company to anyone. If you can’t take the time to come out and speak with the consumer or even look at the faulty gutter then why be in business? It’s a shame people don’t back their products or workmanship.

I got prices from 4 gutter installation companies. Mr. Gutter and Magic Gutters were priced the lowest. Mr. Gutter was the only company who could fit me into their schedule right away (within a week). The rest were booked out long-term, over a month out.
THINGS TO KNOW:
1) He uses a service to answer calls, so the people who answer are basically relaying your message to him. NO WORRIES... he returns calls right away and is GREAT to work with!

The supposed owner, or field manager of the company came out 2 summers ago (2016) and put a gutter on one side of our house that desperately needed it. Unfortunately, due to the heavy snowfall the gutter ended up failing and getting destroyed. Not exactly Mr. Gutters fault, other than possibly the flimsy materials used or the way it was hung.. Not sure about either of those as the culprit though. However when I called him back the next spring to come out and take a look at it, he would never return my phone calls. I put an addition on the home and I just had Perri and his crew come out and do our gutters. I had received two other bids that were very much more expensive. All the gentlemen were busy and polite. They answered all my questions and did a superb job. The job was completed quickly. I highly recommend Perri at Mr. Gutter.

Mr. Gutter installed gutters on our home when we did a remodel in late 2013. He was hired by contractor, so I had not interaction with him at the time. One of our gutters came loose during this past major winter. I called Mr. Gutter to schedule a time when he could come and rehang the gutter. I made it clear that I did not expect this to be done for free and I would pay for this work and that he could schedule this at a time convenient for him when he would be in our area. This company is terrible, including Perry. I was promised a gutter quote twice, both times a no call, no show. Tried getting call backs to no avail. Finally when I spoke to him, he advised me that "he's just not interested in doing work in my neighborhood." Why did he FALSELY promise quotes several times when he had no intention of following through? I would never recommend this treatment or terrible customer service to anyone. Read the other reviews- there's a theme here! Disappointing...

Perri was easy to schedule an appointment with to come see what the house needed. He was on time, if not just a little early, and he spent some time making sure if the area and color that was to be done. I scheduled an install time right then.
My job was pretty small, just one side of the house on the second floor needed a gutter system, so Perri had a small crew on the install. It didn't take them much time at all and there was no mess when they left.

These guys are terrible not only about their quality of work but their customer service skills. I had a simple 4 ft. Rain gutter replaced which was a very simple job that should've been done exactly like the rest of the original piece.
FIRST IMPRESSION -
Not only did these idiots not leave me an invoice after they completed the job, but they didn't even notify when they were coming. I was not going to pay them as the work was not of satisfaction. They also kept saying they sent me invoices but I never received them. I however did finally decide to pay them but not happily

Perri and his crew were wonderful. How refreshing to see an owner out actually servicing his clients personally! Our initial walk through was quick and he explained everything in detail. He showed up with his crew the day of the job and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Got the job done, and did what he said he would do. Can't get much better than that! Had Mr Gutter repair a 25' stretch of gutter, I have nothing but great things to say about the entire crew! Perry is who I delt with and he is very professional with the way he handles business, he is honest and sticks to his word, top notch company with a responsible price!
