Richardson Allen began producing architectural garden structures, and garden furnishings in 1982. With roots going back to the 1600's on the coast of southern Maine, we operate with old world New England craftsmanship and pride of product. With over 30 years in the custom woodworking trade, we are a premiere resource for the fabrication of your exterior architectural elements, and custom hardwood furniture designs. Our experienced team of artisans will work with you to produce furnishings which will realize your vision of public or private settings.
AWLGRIP white G8010 marine epoxy is the standard on all Richardson Allen painted outdoor garden and site furnishings. We apply Awlgrip in an eight layer spray process onto solid mahogany hardwood. Awlgrip's microscopic polyester paint fibers create a durable interlocking weave. This crisscross dynamic of the paint has unsurpassed strength and longevity, making it the preferred marine grade topcoat.
Richardson Allen outdoor cushions are fully customizable with a wide array of solid, striped, and patterned Sunbrella upholstery fabrics. Customers may also choose to send in their own fabrics for a more specific design. Cushions are available in box and bullnose styles, with a variety of options for welting.
Richardson-Allen furniture comes with a limited three year warranty. Furniture damaged due to faulty joinery will be repaired or replaced at our expense for up to three years from the time of purchase. Freight returns must be prepaid and will not be accepted without prior written approval from Richardson-Allen.
