We specialize in building new homes for our customers. Some of our customers own vacant land, some are seeking build-able lots and occasionally we offer build to suit parcels. We have a dedicated team that makes the building process a reality, seasoned pros we work with to improve the quality of the end result, your new home.

My wife and I built our house in east aurora in 2018 with custom builders. They let me be totally hands on in terms of customizing it to suit our preferences for finishes, layout, design, everything. I’m a really hands on guy but we also have 2 young kids so I was able to pitch in on certain things and also step back a lot and let the builder do things. Everyone is blown away when they see our house and we are very happy with it. The building process itself is work but our new house is amazing. The workers did a great job and the owners were great to work with the employees at CB as well.
