They were prompt in giving us a quote, but, then we waited nearly 3 months for them to come out. Stupid of us to have kept giving them so many chances. Absolutely terrible customer service. Highly recommend Knoxville Rainwater Management instead!
Multiple times we called and Goddard gave us a specific date they would come by to clean the gutters. One day two guys showed up, put up the ladders, cleaned about 3 feet of gutter. Then said they didn't have the right materials... Whatever that means. They left and we never heard from Goddard again. Terrible.

They had to reschedule due to machine issues. Then installed gutters that don't work. Mom called them back out and they still don't work. And we are missing a loaded toolbox that no one else had access to. My parents are elderly and my dad had just gotten out of the hospital. It's sad that they take advantage of disabled seniors. It's sad that they don't stand by their word. We did call about the toolbox and no one has returned our call yet.

Horrible experience!! We had a gutter fall down in early March. We called them to come give an estimate since they had installed it 30+ years ago. We had to call them more than twice to get out to give the estimate. After we got the estimate, we waited several more weeks for the crew to come out!! When they came they stayed about 5 minutes, looked at it and said there was wood that needed replacing and we would need another estimate from them again!! We had a new roof put on and that company replaced the wood, etc. We called them yesterday for the 2nd or 3rd time to get a new estimate!! Guy said

After more than 2 months on a promised 2 week project, the job was complete. Mostly good with some small areas not exactly perfect. Guttering had to be adjusted after several weeks with additional flashing. When a piece of siding came off during a storm at about 6 months, I called and asked them to come make the repair. It has been more than 4 months since call(s) for repair and it still is not done. Never again- never recommend.

The woman who answers the phone is terrible to work with. She did not follow through with returning my call as was promised. She lacked professionalism, tact and care. In fact, her words were "I don't get paid to look up phone numbers". This is in reference to contact my property management company. When I asked her for her name she refused to share, my intent was to bring my issue to her manager to resolve it. If you want to do business with a company that provides exceptional customer service it is not Goddard Guttering. From my experience the customer has to pursue the business multiple times
